Contact
Found a problem, spotted a mistake or have a question? Write to us and include the details below so we can help faster.
What to write to us about
- A converter does not work. Tell us which tool, the file type and rough size, your browser and device, and what you saw on screen.
- A mistake in a guide or page. Tell us the page and the sentence, and where you found the correct information if you can.
- A privacy question. We explain what data is and is not collected on the privacy page.
- Business and advertising enquiries.
Please do not send private files
The converters never ask you to upload anything, and we do not want your documents or photos by email either. If a file triggers a problem, describe it instead, or create a harmless sample file with the same format.
How we handle your message
We use your email address only to reply to you. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
